Refund & Cancellation Policy
DesiERP is a prepaid service: you pay in advance for the days you choose. This policy explains when money is refunded and how to cancel.
1. What is not refundable
- Recharges. A recharge is prepaid usage and is not refundable once its days have started, whether or not the days are used.
- Setup fee. The one-time account setup fee is not refundable.
- e-Invoice and e-way bill credits. Credits are not refundable once bought, because they cover charges we pay to the GST Suvidha Provider.
2. When we refund
We refund the amount in full when the charge was a mistake on our side or the payment system's:
- money was debited but the recharge or credits were not added to your account;
- you were charged more than once for the same recharge;
- you were charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.
After we verify the payment, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. GST on a refunded amount is adjusted as government rules require.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email sales@scmsoftwarelab.com within 7 days of the payment, with your registered mobile number, the payment reference (from the payment gateway or your bank statement) and a short description of the problem.
4. Cancellation
- There is no contract to cancel and no automatic renewal: DesiERP never charges you again unless you choose to recharge.
- To stop using DesiERP, simply do not recharge. Your logins stay usable until their recharged days run out.
- To close your account and have your data deleted, email sales@scmsoftwarelab.com. Please export any data you need first. Remaining recharged days are not refunded on closure.
5. Delivery of the service
DesiERP is delivered online. There is nothing to ship: a recharge or credit purchase is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
