Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between SCM Software Lab ("we", "us", "the Company"), the owner and operator of DesiERP, and you, the business or person who registers for or uses DesiERP ("you", "the Merchant"). By creating an account, recharging or using DesiERP, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

DesiERP is a recharge-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application for billing, GST, inventory, purchase, accounts, payroll, CRM and reporting, used through a web browser. Access is prepaid and runs only for the number of days you have recharged.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to register the business you sign up for.
• The business, GSTIN, contact and address details you give must be true and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and the logins you create. Keep your PIN and password secret and tell us at once at sales@scmsoftwarelab.com if you think someone else has used them.
• Each login (user) is recharged separately. A login may not be shared between people.

3. Payment terms

1. Prepaid recharge. DesiERP is paid in advance, per login, for the number of days you choose. Longer recharges carry a discount on the daily rate. The daily rate, the discounts and the price of every pack are shown on the signup and recharge pages, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
2. Setup fee. A one-time account setup fee is charged when a new account is created, as shown at signup.
3. GST. All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax. GST is added at the rate in force (currently 18%). A GST tax invoice is issued in the business name and GSTIN you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy.
4. e-Invoice and e-way bill credits. Generating IRNs (e-invoices) and e-way bills on the government portals is not part of the recharge. These are bought separately as prepaid credits, and one credit is used for each IRN or e-way bill.
5. How you pay. Payments are collected through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
6. When a recharge starts. A recharge is credited once the payment is confirmed by the gateway. Recharging an active login adds the new days to the days it already has.
7. No automatic charges. We do not debit your account automatically. A recharge happens only when you pay for it.
8. Price changes. We may change the daily rate, discounts, setup fee or credit price. A change applies only to payments made after it; days and credits you have already paid for are not affected.
9. Expiry. When a login's recharged days run out, access for that login may be suspended until it is recharged. Your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Refunds. Recharges, the setup fee and credits are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Failed or duplicate payments. If money is debited but the recharge is not credited, or you are charged twice for the same recharge, the extra amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we verify it.

4. Your data

The business data you enter (customers, suppliers, products, invoices, employees and so on) belongs to you. We process it only to provide DesiERP to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data to Excel, CSV or PDF from the application while your account is active.

5. Your responsibilities

• DesiERP helps you prepare GST invoices, returns, payroll and accounts, but you remain responsible for your tax filings, statutory compliance and the correctness of the figures you enter and file.
• You will not misuse the service: no attempts at unauthorised access, no interference with other customers, no unlawful content, and no use for any activity that breaks Indian law.
• You will not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from DesiERP.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep DesiERP available at all times, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". There may be planned maintenance, which we try to schedule outside business hours, and interruptions beyond our control (internet, hosting, government portals, payment and messaging providers). 7. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as the payment gateway, SMS, WhatsApp and email providers, and the GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) for e-invoices and e-way bills. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

DesiERP, its software, design, logos and content are the property of SCM Software Lab and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your recharge gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DesiERP for your own business while your account is active.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to DesiERP is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the one month before the claim arose.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, the data you enter, or your use of DesiERP in violation of law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using DesiERP at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other customers at risk, after notice where reasonably possible.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use DesiERP after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
