Four layers stand between your data and anyone who should not see it.
Signing in
Encrypted connection
DesiERP is served only over HTTPS with a trusted certificate, so what travels between your browser and DesiERP cannot be read on the way.
A PIN for every login
Every person signs in with their own mobile number and PIN. A forgotten PIN is reset through a one-time link sent to your registered email.
Sign out other devices
Lost a phone or left a shared computer signed in? Sign out of every other device from your own settings.
Who sees what
Roles and permissions
Decide page by page who can read, write and delete. Sales staff need not see salaries.
Branch-wise access
Staff work only in the branches they are allowed into.
Separate companies
Each business’s data is kept to itself; a login sees only the businesses it belongs to.
Checks and records
Approvals
Purchases and expenses above an amount wait for the right person to approve them.
Audit trail
Every change is recorded with who made it and when, so nothing changes silently.

When you recharge DesiERP, your card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, a regulated payment gateway; DesiERP never sees or stores your card number.
Your data, your export
Download any list (customers, items, invoices, ledgers) to Excel whenever you want.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms say plainly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
Data that must stay in-house? DesiERP can run on your own server.
For larger companies and strict data policies, we install DesiERP, with its private AI model, on your own server or cloud account. Nothing leaves your premises, and we keep it updated.

Keeping your account safe
A few simple steps go a long way.
- Give every person their own login; never share a PIN
- Give staff only the pages they need
- Choose a PIN that is not 123456 or your birthday
- Turn on approvals for large purchases
- Sign out of shared computers
- Look at the audit trail now and then
